If you need a refill on one of your medications, a request can be made through the LifeBridge Health Patient Portal. Once you are signed into the portal, simply click the Rx Refill option at the top of the screen, select your cardiologist, add the medication name, dosage, pharmacy name and phone number to the comment section, and click “send.” Click Here to login to the patient portal.
If you wish to call the office to refill your prescription, please call 410-469-4000. In the main menu, select option #3, then option #1 to reach the prescription refill line. Please allow up to 48 hours for your prescription to be refilled.
